The Mystery Spot of Lake George, NY is a mysterious spot in which if you stand directly in the center of the depicted compus, the laws of accoustics do not apply. From the center of the circle a glorious echo will fill your ears, but those standing outside the circle (for reasons unexplanned) cannot hear an echo. The mysterious echo could only be heard from the center of the ring.Local Indian legend says that it was the spot that an ancient god called Katchalototail had appeared at a long time ago and since then his wisdom still echoes around the lake.
